Family get-together made easy

The warmth from the staff turned our stay into a delightful experience, and we truly enjoyed the convenience of nearby dining options. It was a breeze to gather for family meals across the street, especially at Drake's.

We unfortunately missed breakfast because of a misunderstanding with the hours. It was a challenging start to our busy travel day, but not enough to overshadow the overall positive experience.

The location is fantastic with access to great restaurants and the clean, comfortable King Room with Sofa Bed was perfect for our family outing. Sheena at check-in was exceptional, providing us with awesome local dining recommendations.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The fitness center was well-equipped, and we enjoyed local sights like Boone Tennis Stadium and Grimes Mill Winery. Highly recommend checking out the Starbucks on-site for a quick bite!

The room was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. It's disappointing that the room decor felt outdated. Additionally, I experienced some noise disturbances late at night, which detracted from the overall comfort during my stay.

During my recent stay, I was incredibly impressed by the attention I received from the staff. Trey at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, accommodating my group and ensuring our experience was smooth. The location of the hotel is convenient, with plenty of great nearby restaurants, perfect for dining out. One area for improvement would be the hotel bar offerings, as the drinks could use some refinement.

The elevator frequently turned into a sauna due to the lights, which was uncomfortable after a long day. While the room was comfortable with good TV options, noise from adjacent rooms could be an issue if you're a light sleeper.
